Jumeirah Lake Towers

The most popular set of clusters in Dubai, JLT is recognized for it’s 3-tower clusters facing lakes with retail spaces, cafes, restaurants, and the occasional hotel. Most notable are the Bonnington Hotel and the Mövenpick, both home to very popular bars and eateries.

JLT is a mixed-use free zone, with towers alternating between commercial and residential properties, located opposite the Dubai Marina and enclosed by the Emirates Living Community and Jumeirah Park. It is also home to the Dubai Diamond Exchange, which includes the Gold and Diamond Vaults as well as numerous retail outlets including Emirates NBD, Subway, Cafe Nero, Fidelity Fitness, and the Flower Boutique.

The towers range from 35 to 45 floors, with the only exception being the flagship tower, Almas Tower, which is 66 floors and houses the DMCC (Dubai Multi Commodities Centre Authority) Client Service Centre.

Built during 2008 with the mandate of expanding the free zone areas in Dubai, it currently stands as a community that is centered around young working professionals mingling with young resident couples and single expats. The lakes are bustling with people headed to lunch during the day and out for walks, dinners, and get togethers, kids running around and cycling, people walking their pets, and others just sitting around the benches and green spaces with friends.

Nearby schools and nurseries include Emirates International School, Dubai British School, Dubai International Academy, Four2Four Nursery and DayCare, Raffles Nursery, and Rainbow Valley Nursery. Health institutions close by are Saudi German Hospital, Al Zahra Hospital, Rosary Clinic, Life Medical Center JLT, and MediClinic Meadows.
