Emirates Hills

The most expensive place to buy property in Dubai, by far. It spans the Dyaar Al Hambra, the Montgomerie Villas and Maisonettes and Signature Villas, with ready-made villas and empty plots for you to build on. In short, it’s huge.

The most prestigious of Emaar Properties’s developments, Emirates Hills is a part of the Emirates Living Community, although its style, caliber, and construction make it one that stands alone.

With the world-class 18-hole Montgomerie Championship Golf Course a key fixture in the development, part of The Address Montgomerie, a first class resort with boutique guest rooms, a super-deluxe clubhouse, and a golfing academy, all managed by Troon Golf, golf’s only luxury brand. With the rest of New Dubai at your doorstep, getting around is easy: The Atlanis, the Zaabeel Saray, The Grosvenor House Marina, and the numerous hotels and attractions on the Jumeirah Palm and in the Dubai Marina are all just across the highway.

The former prime minister of Pakistan, Benazir Bhutto, had her home here, and if you want to be neighbors with her family, then this is the place to live; other residents of Emirates Hills include the owners of the Middle East Broadcasting Center (MBC) and Habib Bank.

Besides the luxury and the prestige, Emirates Hills is right next to Dubai Marina, Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City, and Knowledge Village, adding to its desirability and maintaining its place as the ultimate ultra-luxury residential area in the city.

Nearby schools and nurseries include Emirates International School, Dubai British School, Dubai International Academy, Four2Four Nursery and DayCare, Raffles Nursery, and Rainbow Valley Nursery. Health institutions close by are Saudi German Hospital, Al Zahra Hospital, Rosary Clinic, Life Medical Center JLT, and MediClinic Meadows.
